Official answers
For official answers about their company, its internal operations, its decisions and its commitments, the founders are the authorized contacts. Distributors can point you in the right direction and give you the dates; they must not improvise an answer or speak on behalf of the founders.
What about AI?
An AI can help you prepare your questions, but it can also provide incomplete or inaccurate information. Its answer does not constitute an official position of Neural. Ask your question live to get the founders’ explanation.
Understanding Neural2 questions
01Can you rely on an AI to find out about Neural?Read
An AI answer is a starting point for research, not proof.
An AI may use outdated information, confuse companies or present an assumption as a fact. It does not necessarily have access to Neural’s internal operations.
Check the sources, their dates and the evidence supporting each claim, whether critical or favorable. The quality of the answer depends on the model and tools used: a paid subscription does not guarantee an accurate answer.
02Can you watch a complete arbitrage live?Read
Yes, during the demonstration sessions with the founders.
Lucas Caporgno and Pierre Lavarague hold two information and demonstration sessions per month. You can meet them, ask your questions and watch arbitrages carried out live on Kalshi and Polymarket.
A 15-minute window does not mean that an operation will automatically be executed. The algorithm waits for an opportunity that meets its criteria, so you sometimes have to be patient. To find out the next dates, contact the person who introduced you to Neural.
Your money day to day5 questions
03What happens to my deposit, and how can I withdraw my money?Read
Your deposit is credited to your account, and withdrawals are requested in the app.
You can deposit by card or in USDC/USDT, depending on the options available for your account. According to the flow described by the team, funds first pass through a shared treasury for deposits and withdrawals, and the amount you deposit is credited in the Telegram mini app.
When they are transferred from this treasury, the funds join the capital used for Neural’s operations through the secure flow described by the team. This same shared treasury is also used to process withdrawals.
Withdrawals are requested from the app. The stated processing time is a few hours, with payment in USDC on Polygon.
04Can I withdraw part of my money without stopping the rest?Read
Yes. Withdrawals can be partial or full.
Partial withdrawal: the remaining capital continues to operate.
According to the terms communicated by the team, there is no minimum withdrawal and no withdrawal fee charged by Neural. After a partial withdrawal, the remaining capital continues to operate.
However, you must keep the minimum required to activate the algorithm. If the remaining balance falls below this threshold, the algorithm’s activity on your account is stopped.
This minimum varies by region. Contact the person who introduced you to Neural to find out which one applies to your account.
05Are my earnings automatically reinvested?Read
Yes. Arbitrage and affiliate earnings compound automatically.
- Earnings creditedFrom arbitrage and the affiliate program, about one hour later
- Added to active capitalNo action needed on your part
- Committed to subsequent operationsThe capital at work grows
According to the team, arbitrage earnings and affiliate commissions are credited as operations take place, with a delay of about one hour. Once credited and added to active capital, they take part in subsequent operations: compounding happens automatically.
You can withdraw your arbitrage earnings or your affiliate commissions without withdrawing your initial deposit, provided you keep the applicable activation minimum.
Compounding describes the reinvestment of earnings; it does not create a fixed rate of return.
06Why do my earnings vary from one day to the next?Read
The number of opportunities and the volumes available change every day.
The algorithm looks for exploitable gaps and acts only when its criteria are met. Price movements, uncertainty, liquidity and volumes on the platforms affect what is possible.
In particular, the team observes that certain periods when Bitcoin oscillates within a price band (a “range”) can offer more opportunities than more directional periods. Activity can also vary from day to day and from market to market; these are not guaranteed rules.
Bitcoin in a range More gaps
Directional market Fewer gaps
One day may thus see 50 arbitrages and another 80, according to the examples provided. These numbers are neither a quota nor a forecast: there is no fixed daily return.
07Who should I contact if my deposit or withdrawal does not appear?Read
Contact official support through the Telegram app.
Include
- The amount
- The date of the operation or request
- The transaction hash (TxID) for a crypto deposit
- The network used
Never share
- Your recovery phrase
- Your private key
- Your login codes
State the amount of the deposit or withdrawal and the date of the operation or request. For a crypto deposit, include the transaction hash (TxID) if possible, along with the network used: this helps support locate the transfer.
The hash is the public identifier of the transaction. Never share your recovery phrase, your private key or your login codes.

08What share of client funds is committed to each arbitrage?Read
At most 1.5% of client funds are committed to each arbitrage.
Under the commitment rule stated by Neural, each arbitrage uses at most 1.5% of client funds.
Stated maximum commitment
For each arbitrage
3 squares out of 200: 1.5% of client funds.
This limit applies to the funds committed to an operation. It is neither a capital guarantee nor an overall loss cap. It is separate from the collective $20 stop threshold, explained in the next question.
09In what cases can I lose money, and what protection mechanisms are in place?Read
Protecting client capital is the number one priority stated by Neural.
Arbitrage does not seek to predict market direction. It consists of taking both complementary positions, YES and NO, for the same number of contracts, on markets whose settlement rules are compatible.
When both positions are fully executed, their total cost, fees included, is lower than the final payout, and settlement takes place as expected, the result of the pair is positive, whether the outcome is YES or NO. The amount spent on each side may differ: it is the number of contracts and their payout that must match.
The execution risk described by Neural includes, in particular, the case where only one of the two positions is taken. Latency or an execution failure can prevent the other position from being executed and leave a temporary exposure to the market.
- Only one position taken
- Anomaly detected
- Exposed position closed
- New operations halted
According to the team, when an execution failure results in only one of the two positions being taken, the algorithm detects the anomaly and closes the exposed position within 50 milliseconds. It also triggers a halt on new operations and the incident management procedure. This time frame reflects the operating model stated by Neural; it does not constitute a capital guarantee or a time frame guaranteed in all circumstances.
According to the team, the $20 stop threshold applies to the total loss of the pool committed to an arbitrage. This pool brings together the funds used for that operation, within the stated limit of 1.5% of all client funds. When this collective threshold is detected, the algorithm is stopped for all clients.
For the entire arbitrage poolNot $20 per person or per account
It is therefore not a $20 loss applied to each client. The individual impact depends on each client’s share in the pool of that arbitrage. The collective loss is allocated pro rata to that share; it may amount to a few cents for some clients.
These mechanisms constitute neither a capital guarantee nor an absolute loss cap. A platform, security or settlement incident can also cause a loss, even if both positions have been taken.
10What happens after the algorithm is stopped for safety?Read
New arbitrages stop while the incident is being analyzed.
- StopNo new arbitrages
- Manual reviewBy the development team
- Founders informedLucas Caporgno and Pierre Lavarague
- Problem identifiedAnd solution implemented
- Resumption authorizedOnly after these steps
According to the procedure described by the team, clients no longer receive new arbitrages during the stop. The development team carries out a manual review, and Lucas Caporgno and Pierre Lavarague are informed.
Resumption is authorized only after the problem has been identified and a solution has been put in place.
The team states that withdrawals can still be requested during the stop. Stopping new arbitrages does not mean that markets or positions already committed can be frozen: how they are handled, and the funds that can be made available, depend on their status on the platforms.
11What can be verified, and how are the funds managed?Read
A demonstration shows one operation; it does not verify all activity involving client funds.
You can attend the demonstration sessions held by Lucas Caporgno and Pierre Lavarague to watch arbitrages live. You can also view your balance and the operations allocated to you in the app. However, this information does not allow you to independently verify the results announced for all client funds.
According to the organizational setup described by Neural, Lucas Caporgno and Pierre Lavarague do not have direct access that would allow them, on their own, to move the client funds deployed on the platforms. This separation aims to limit the risk of any one person being compromised or coerced.
The team states that the algorithm controls operations and authorized movements, while undeployed funds are held in a multisignature Safe vault. The actual ability to move funds depends on the signers, permissions and technical rules configured.
Safe: why is this technology a benchmark?
Safe is a programmable wallet on the blockchain. Among other things, it makes it possible to require several signatures to authorize a movement of funds, rather than relying on a single key.
Example: 2 of 3 signatures.
A compromised key is not enough, on its own, to authorize a standard multisignature transaction.General example: it does not describe Neural’s configuration.
Safe names Ethereum Foundation, Aave, Optimism and Morpho among its users. These organizations use this infrastructure for treasury or on-chain operational needs.
The quality of the tool does not replace the quality of its configuration. Security depends on the signers, the threshold, the authorized modules and the protection of the keys. Using Safe constitutes neither a capital guarantee nor an audit of Neural. The organizations mentioned are not presented as partners or guarantors of Neural.
12Does a high rate of winning arbitrages guarantee my capital?Read
No. Capital is never guaranteed.
Limiting risk
- 1.5% maximum committed per arbitrage
- Collective $20 stop threshold
Still possible
- An execution incident
- A platform incident
- A security or operational incident
- A partial or total loss
A success rate measures the proportion of winning operations over a given period. On its own, it does not measure the scale of possible losses and does not guarantee future operations.
The stated commitment limit of 1.5% per arbitrage and the collective $20 stop threshold are mechanisms intended to limit risk. They cannot rule out an execution, platform, security or operational incident.
A partial or total loss remains possible. The probability of the various incidents cannot be inferred from the winning arbitrage rate alone.
13What precautions should I take before committing capital?Read
Only commit money you can afford to lose.
- Only money you can afford to lose
- Not the money for your everyday expenses, repayments or household needs
- Emergency savings kept aside
- Diversified investments
- No borrowing to take part
- No decision under pressure from a return or a promotion
Do not use the money you need for your everyday expenses, repayments or household needs. Keep emergency savings and adjust the amount you commit to your financial situation.
Diversify your investments and do not concentrate all your savings in a single service. Do not borrow to take part, and do not make a decision under pressure from an advertised return or a promotion.
Capital and earnings are not guaranteed. A partial or total loss is possible. Past results, examples and simulations are not indicative of future results. Take the time to understand how it works, its limits and the conditions applicable to your situation.

Profit sharing and affiliate program2 questions
14How are profits shared?Read
Net profit, with fees already deducted, is shared: 50% for clients, 50% for the company.
Under the operating model stated by Neural, the fees applicable to operations are factored into the calculation before any split. The split therefore applies to the profit net of these fees, not to the amount committed or to the gross payout of the contracts.
The percentages 50%, 35% and 15% all refer to total net profit. Network commissions are funded from the company’s 50%: they never reduce the 50% reserved for clients.
$100 of net profit to share
Fees have already been taken into account. Example with all network commissions allocated.
$35 + $15 = $50: the company’s share, part of which pays the network.
The clients’ share is distributed among all the participants concerned, in proportion to their stake. Commissions not allocated to a referrer or to an eligible tier remain with the company: it may therefore keep more than 15%. With no network commission allocated, clients receive $50 and the company keeps $50 in this example.
15Do I have to refer anyone, and what happens to unallocated commissions?Read
Referral is optional. Unallocated shares remain with the company.
You can use the service without referring anyone. The affiliate program is an additional option, paid from the company’s share.
When a client has no eligible referrer, the 50% intended for clients remains unchanged and the company keeps its full 50%. If tiers of the applicable program are not filled or do not qualify for a commission, the unallocated shares also remain with the company.

- Head office
- CWEP0706, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
The team states that it has initiated steps to set up a Morpho-style non-custodial mechanism. In this model, funds are deposited in automated vaults on the blockchain (smart contracts) and are not held by the company.
This is an ongoing process, not an arrangement already in place. The company’s license does not automatically cover all activities, all prediction markets or all of the clients’ countries of residence.
17Should I expect things to work as they do at a traditional financial institution?Read
Neural offers a different way of operating; the applicable rules remain important.
Neural presents a technology-based arbitrage service on prediction markets, which operates differently from a bank or a traditional financial investment.
Rules vary by country, platform and activity. Prediction markets are not free of regulation, and a platform’s regulatory status does not automatically extend to Neural.
The team believes that current market characteristics create opportunities. Increased competition, particularly from professional players, may reduce exploitable gaps. It should not be taken for granted that current performance will be maintained.
18Is Neural planning new markets and other services?Read
The team has announced a diversification of markets and timeframes.
According to the team, the extensions under consideration include one-hour and four-hour timeframes on Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as other cryptocurrencies when liquidity and conditions allow.
Neural also states that it is preparing strategies on sports markets, including the NBA, the NHL and tennis.
Cryptocurrencies
- 1-hour timeframe
- 4-hour timeframe
